Memento more provides a free online life calendar generator that allows users to:

• Create personalized memento mori calendars based on their date of birth and life expectancy

3. Permitted Use

3.1 Personal Use Only

The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You may:

• Create calendars for yourself
• Create calendars as gifts for friends and family

3.2 Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use the Service to:

• Remove Branding: Modify, remove, or obscure the Memento more logo from generated PDFs

• Reverse Engineering: Attempt to copy, replicate, or reverse engineer our calendar generator
• Illegal Activities: Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 Our Rights

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to:

• The Memento more logo and branding
• Website design, layout, and graphics
• Calendar generator software and algorithms
• Text, images, and other materials

are owned by Memento more and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

4.2 Your Rights

You retain all rights to the personal information you input into the calendar generator (name, dates, quotes, etc.). However, the calendar format, design, and the generated PDF containing our logo remain our intellectual property.

4.3 License to Use Generated Calendars

Calendars generated through our Service are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0).

This means you are free to:

• Share: Copy and redistribute the calendar in any medium or format for personal use
• Give as gifts: Share calendars with friends and family
• Print and use: Print your calendar for personal reflection and motivation

Under the following terms:

• Attribution: You must give appropriate credit to Memento more. The logo is permanently included on all generated PDFs to satisfy this requirement.
• NonCommercial: You may not use the calendar for commercial purposes, including resale or distribution as part of a commercial product or service.
• NoDerivatives: You may not modify, remix, transform, or build upon the calendar design. You must share the calendar as-is, with the Memento more logo intact.

5. User Responsibilities

5.1 Accurate Information

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you enter into the calendar generator is accurate. We are not responsible for errors in your generated calendar resulting from incorrect input.

5.2 Appropriate Content

When adding custom quotes or special moments, you agree not to include:

• Offensive, abusive, or hateful content
• Content that violates intellectual property rights
• Personal information of others without consent
• Illegal or harmful content

6. Privacy and Data

6.1 No Data Storage

We do NOT store your calendar data on our servers. All calendar generation happens locally in your browser. Your name, birthdate, and other personal calendar information remain completely private.
